2020 Suffragette is a participatory performance created to provide a space for participants to reflect on and recognize inspirational women who have shaped the lives of others. Participants of different genders wrote names of their inspirational women on the artist's outfit and shared their stories and memories with each other. The garment design was inspired by early suffragettes to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, with the color of the Pussyhat symbolizing today's march.
