Table for One | One for Table is the participatory art project, stemming from the previous project "I Lost My Friends." After sending a follow-up letter to participants, who were invited to a 3-course meal where they chose one ingredient for us to prepare exclusively for them. The project combines culinary experiments with the art of storytelling. Through extensive research into the history of ingredients, innovative recipes, and sourcing from local markets, this project challenged traditional dining experiences to create a unique and intimate evening centered around the power of food and shared memories.
